REBOOT: Mind, Body, Health is made up of an integrated care team of independent providers to include psychotherapists, personal trainers, nutrition consultants, massage therapists, and health coaches. 

You will have access to each discipline in order to build a basic foundation for your new healthy skill-set or reestablish skills that have been lost over time. Life can easily take us off track from pursuing our goals or consistently engaging in the things we love to do. Take the steps to begin feeling better. Build momentum by regaining a sense of control in your life.

Licensed Therapists

Psychotherapy is a highly individualized process that begins with trust and the building of a working relationship between therapists and clients. Our therapists offer a safe, confidential, and supportive environment to help clients progress toward their personal goals. Each therapist applies their own methods, theories, and style during sessions to address the concerns of their clients. A primary treatment approach used by therapists and providers in other disciplines at Reboot is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. CBT therapists believe a client’s behavior is dependent on their mood, and mood is regulated by thoughts. Over time, thoughts present themselves in either adaptive or maladaptive patterns based on our life experiences, giving rise to our belief systems. CBT therapists work to make improvements in patterns of thought, dysfunctional behaviors, and, ultimately, mood.

Health Coaches + Peer Support

Health coaching and peer support is available for clients who are not in immediate need of therapy services or who may want an additional layer of support and quick access to that support. The health coaches and peer supports at Reboot not only provide services on their own, but also act as mediators or case managers for clients utilizing services across disciplines. Health coaches and peer supports ensure clients are actively working toward their goals, primarily through online delivery.

Personal Trainers

Strong evidence has emerged in recent years that proves the positive effects exercise has on our mental health. In fact, exercise can effectively regulate our mood, improve sleep, stabilize daily activities, improve maladaptive behavioral tendencies, markedly increase self-confidence, and help in the development of internal motivation. The personal trainers at Reboot are dedicated to helping clients establish or reestablish healthy exercise habits. Their goal is the build confidence in their clients, assist with problem-solving, help to develop stronger communication and social skills, all while improving clients’ fitness.
