I am a Roanoke College graduate where I received my Bachelors in Sociology. Health and fitness is my life. For me, exercise is not about losing weight, it is about being the best you possible by having a healthy, positive mindset. Exercise shouldn’t be work, it should be fun, and at the end of the day it should make you feel good about yourself.  Exercise is one of the best tools for helping you develop a positive mindset, positive self-esteem and a more active lifestyle. 

I am a military wife and I have two small children who are my life. I love to run and strength train. Running is my passion; I run to clear my mind and to explore. Having two young children and a husband in the military can be very difficult at times. I am always on the go and sometimes exercising seems near impossible. But I always manage to find a way, because exercising makes me feel good both mentally and physically. And it is fun!  

One of my strongest attributes is my need to help other moms like me learn how to exercise from home or at a gym, whether you have time or not. I am here to make it a little easier for you. I am a coach that will be there for you. If you have questions, I am always here to talk. If you want home exercises but want me there with you, I can even offer video training sessions. I want you to know I care and I will be there every step of the way.  

  • Personal training options:

    • $65 per session ($45 per session for children and adolescents)

    • $500 for a 1-month package

    • $125 per month for online programming
