Zen Flow

This class focuses on mindfulness, body awareness, and linking breath with movement. Expect foundation postures and gentle flow throughout the class. The goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. Appropriate modifications with the use of props are suggested as needed. 

All level students are welcome.
