March Healthy Living Challenge

It takes 30 days to form a habit. So why not spend 30 days having fun, staying motivated, and competing for prizes and a cash prize.

This contest is 30 days of exercise, healthy choices, and daily/weekly challenges. You will learn new things about yourself and your body. You will develop a habit of living an active daily life.

HOW IT WORKS:

1 POINT = exercising at your level at least 10 minutes

1/2 POINT = for every extra 10 minutes of work within the same workout, must show show picture record of your time from Fitbit, etc.

1 POINT = posting a picture/video of you working out

2 POINTS = completing a challenge, must post video of you completing it (or send in messenger)

4 POINTS = attending a boot camp In person or FB live

1 POINT = posting photo of your HEALTHY meal (1 per day)

1 POINT = posting your healthy recipe (1 per day)

2 POINTS = completing a healthy habit change challenge (must post photo/video)

1 POINT = Misc.


Contest costs $10 to sign up.
(You can participate but will not win prizes unless you pay)

Cash prize goes to winner, 2nd and 3rd place prizes will be determined on # of participants.

Potential for weekly prizes

Challenge begins March 1st-30th.
