Jaclyn Griffith, LCSW
Hello! I believe that meaningful change comes from a place of unconditional positive regard and acceptance, and this belief is the foundation of my interactions with all clients. I approach therapy collaboratively and believe that counseling should be an empowering and goal-directed experience that leaves you feeling more self-aware and equipped to deal with challenges in your life. I utilize a humanistic perspective and believe that people are both incredibly resilient and capable of progress. I use a blend of therapeutic interventions to help you learn how use your strengths to challenge unhelpful thought patterns that may hinder your relationship with yourself and others. Much of my work experience has been in working with older teenagers and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, suicidality, substance abuse, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder.
Personally, I am a military spouse and enjoy spending my spare time trying to beat my husband in workouts and spending time outdoors with our English cocker spaniel. Overall, I am a person who genuinely loves people and I would consider it an honor to walk beside you in this journey toward wellness. The choice to engage in therapy is a significant one, and I don’t take your decision lightly. If you feel that we would be a good fit to work together, please reach out to REBOOT.
