Psychiatric Medication Management for all ages.
We know that not everyone needs to incorporate medication into their mental health care. For clients that do, our team of psychiatric specialists offer a caring + empowering perspective to introducing or continuing a medication regimen.
We believe in the power of support, talk therapy, + lifestyle choices when learning to self-manage mood and other mental health factors. For that reason, psychiatric medication management at REBOOT echoes the same functional + integrative approaches to health that our therapists incorporate into ongoing treatment.

Terms + Conditions
REBOOT considers drug screening to be a key diagnostic and therapeutic tool that is useful for determining appropriate interventions for behavioral health patients. Results of these screenings can provide diagnostic information for both the care + monitoring of current patients. This policy is applicable to testing as a part of outpatient office-based treatment. Patients should report any substance use to their medication provider before an oral fluid sample is submitted so that the substance use can be addressed therapeutically. Please be aware that all new + ongoing medication management patients will be required to complete a drug screening to remain active in our medication program.
We are frequently asked by our patients prescribed amphetamines about the potential for their medication to show up as an illicit substance in their screening. Methamphetamine occurs as two isomers (mirror image isomeric compounds): dextro-methamphetamine (d) and levomethamphetamine (l). The d-form is a powerful and highly addictive central nervous system (CNS) stimulant used largely as an illicit drug of abuse. The l-form lacks CNS activity and has a lower abuse potential. Methamphetamine is present in many drugs used for treatment of the following conditions: hyperactivity disorders, obesity, Parkinson’s disease, and nasal congestion. Routine testing methods for methamphetamine do not have the ability to distinguish between the two isomers; however, Precision Diagnostics offers further testing of a methamphetamine positive to show the percentage of each isomer which allows us to confidently offer testing without the potential for a false positive.
More information about the testing we provide on site can be found here.
