Patient Care Coordinator

Immediate opening for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • all aspects of reception + patient care coordination for both of our practices

  • responsible for multi-line incoming telephone + fax receipt

  • direct support for our mental health + medical teams

  • prior authorizations + referrals

  • managing patient prescriptions + refill requests

  • patient scheduling + communication

  • verifying insurance

  • collecting + balancing incoming payments daily

  • assisting with inventory maintenance

    A minimum of six months’ experience with medical office reception required. Direct supervision by REBOOT Clinic Manager + Practice Manager.

Licensed Psychotherapists, Counselors, + Psychologists

We are looking for Licensed Psychotherapists, Counselors, + Psychologists to join our team of health and wellness providers. We are searching for excited and motivated providers who gravitate towards empowering their clients to incorporate lifestyle factors into their treatment in an effort to harness the power of self-management of their symptoms and to enhance improvement in mental health and daily life. Our providers typically utilize philosophies from CBT, DBT, and EMDR. We are particularly interested in finding providers with experience and certification in substance abuse treatment.

Full and part time positions are available. We hire providers on either a salaried or contracted basis.

IV Therapy Nurse - Full-Time

We are expanding our Functional Medicine Treatment team to include a Full-Time IV Therapy Nurse role for Monday-Friday. Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of our IV Therapy program to include evaluation for appropriateness, mixing + preparing custom IV infusions, placing, monitoring, + removal of IV lines. Candidate will assist with all other lab needs including maintaining inventory and may assist with other in-office visits + procedures as needed. Ideally, candidates will have experience in functional + lifestyle approaches to health and will be motivated to incorporate REBOOT’s philosophy of client care + empowerment into treatment.

This is a full-time position, 32-40hours weekly.
