Annual Consultation with Naturopathic Doctor
Your membership includes a yearly focused consultation with our Naturopathic Doctor to deep-dive into a variety of health areas including hormone health, gut health, cardiometabolic health, and autoimmunity. Members also receive access to additional visits with our Naturopathic Doctor at discounted pricing.
Health & Nutrition Coaching
Your annual membership includes 3 health + nutrition coaching visits (1 annual visit for pediatrics memberships). These sessions will commence for adults following the annual lab review to help guide the visits and help carry out the provider's care plan. We truly value the integrative team approach to care and these visits offer enhanced partnership with our patients.
Personalized Care Planning
Details of care plans, orders, and integrative protocols are provided in your Care Summary following most visits. Members also have access to all Labcorp, Sentara, or specialty lab draws for $35 per draw.
Body Composition Scan
Access to body composition analysis to track progress and results of your Care Plan.
Personalized Supplement and Nutrition Recommendations
Your Care Team will provide a holistic framework for medical care and intervention with a focus on diet and lifestyle. In these cases, your Care Team will develop personalized supplement or nutrient recommendations.
Custom Nutrition Plans
Your Care Team will make ongoing nutrition recommendations for you to follow at home and provide resources for implementation of these care plans.
Access to Full Menu of Premium Quality IV and Injections
Members have access to custom IV infusions, integrative therapies, and injectables designed to enhance their health outcomes. Costs remain low for members to ensure greater accessibility for use in larger Care Plans.
VIP Access to Mental Health Services
Members will have VIP scheduling for all mental health needs with REBOOT mental health providers. In the event of a waitlist, members will be placed on a priority waitlist.
Convenient Messaging with Provider/Care Team
Annual subscription to our patient portal for prompt communication with your Care Team. Service to include, but not limited to medication refill requests, communication regarding laboratory and diagnostic results, referral access, brief clinical questions, clarification on care plans or protocols, medication or supplement inquiries, and care coordination.
